Aluminum alloy vacuum die-casting and the difference between normal die-casting?
Aluminum alloy die-casting is the high-temperature molten aluminum alloy metal liquid, high-pressure high-speed injection molding of human mold cavity casting process. This casting method is characterized by precision molding products, high production efficiency.
   But the conventional die-casting process is flawed, because the high-speed injection mold cavity in the gas can not be effectively excluded, retained in the casting inside the formation of stomatal defects, resulting in poor mechanical properties of castings. In order to solve this problem people use the vacuum method, that is, when the die-casting out of the cavity of the gas, the formation of a certain vacuum or negative pressure state, thereby reducing the porosity of the casting defects.
     For a long time, in order to broaden the scope of application of die casting and improve the mechanical properties of die castings, some new die casting methods such as laminar filling method (ultra low pressure casting method), oxygenated die casting method and vacuum die casting method have been studied. The main purpose of the above method is to reduce the rolling fluid in the process of rolling gas phenomenon, thereby improving the mechanical properties of castings.
   Due to the low efficiency of laminar filling method, there are many shortcomings such as the complicated operation process and the difficult control of the process parameters. Therefore, the two methods are not used in the actual production. The vacuum die-casting method is the cavity of the gas out of the metal liquid in a vacuum state filled cavity, which involved less gas, casting mechanical properties are improved.
     And vacuum die casting and normal die casting method, easy to operate, does not reduce the production efficiency. Therefore, since the emergence of vacuum die casting method, showing a strong vitality, with the development of related technologies, its application will be more and more widely.
